The SR standard fishmeal is a whole meal produced from fresh capelin (Mallotus villosus), herring (Clupea harengus) and/or blue whiting (Micromesistius poutassou).
The meal can be dried by indirect air dryers of the Hetland type or by direct hot air dryers.
The SR fishmeal is recommended for grower feeds for land animals.
